Description:

We are currently seeking a self-driven and experienced Product Marketing/Sales Manager specializing in selling B2B Imaging Sensors, Modules, and Camera technologies and products.

This role has great potential for great career growth, and you will be at the forefront of helping innovators worldwide adopt CMOS Sensor Inc’s quality products.

It requires exceptional marketing and sales account management skills, with a focus on serving our global clientele. It involves communicating the value of our technologies to businesses rather than selling a product.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to expand our existing business through proactive strategic partnerships and aggressive business development initiatives. Relevant technical knowledge or great desire to learn is strongly preferred.

Additionally, the role involves shaping product roadmaps to align with both current and prospective market needs.

Responsibilities:

Aggressively seek and establish new strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand market reach and business opportunities.
Proactively foster strong relationships with existing and potential global clients, proactively staying in contact to understand their evolving unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the technical teams in US and Taiwan to shape and evolve product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with current and future market demands and technological advancements.
Collaborate with the Taiwan team and cross-functional teams and customers to ensure that custom products match customer requirements.
Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our technologies to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B sales.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that focuses on the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

Chip-level semiconductor industry experience is necessary.
Master's degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
A background with CCD/CMOS imaging, camera sensor/module design, and their applications is strongly preferred.
Strong ability to identify market trends and articulate action plans to upper management for approval.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Chinese language helpful (or proficiency with translation tools)
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and foster a positive, objective-focused working environment
5+ years of related experience
Valid work permit in the US
