We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IC Design Engineer to join our Engineering team in San Jose. This role involves the development of cutting-edge Imaging Sensor related ICs, encompassing analog, digital, and mixed-mode designs.  

 

In addition to creating new, quality products and technologies, the role involves working closely with customers to ensure that the products align with their requirements and to support their application of the product reliably.  

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop various types of ICs including Image Sensor IC, analog IC, digital IC, and mixed-mode IC. 

  • Provide customer application support, ensuring high satisfaction and technical precision. 

  • Engage in continuous learning and application of electrical design tools for simulation and verification. 

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends. 

  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that focuses on the growth and success of the company. 

  

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fields. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in IC design, especially mixed-mode IC and image sensor IC design or layout. 

  • Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., Spice, HSpice, Cadence) for simulation and verification. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and hands-on approach. 

  • Great attention to detail 

  • Experience in using lab equipment for debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies). 

  • Knowledge in PCB circuit design and layout techniques, including analog, digital, programmable logic, and microcontroller technologies. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and foster a positive, objective-focused working environment 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines. 

  • Valid work permit in the US.
